My wife grew up wealthy, but always drives last years model of car. This is embarrassing, what do I do?

Every day presents new opportunities to reuse, repurpose and create, and it’s the frugal person who recognizes those opportunities, seizes them and turns them into savings

LOL - Buy me the new car instead. Seriously, I have always, always bought a new vehicle, usually a massively large and expensive SUV. Now, I am keeping the one I have. Only fanatics can tell the difference in a one year difference in model make anyway. I think this is a joke question but be proud of your wife and also get a life! Country clubs are BORING. Head out to...Punta Mita Four Seasons and blow some of your cash. Rent a 5K a night villa there to make up for your wife embarrassing you. LOL.
